        The Department of Defense has submitted to OMB for clearance, the 
    following proposal for collection of information under the provisions 
    of the Paperwork Reduction Act (44 U.S.C. Chapter 35).
    
    Title; Applicable Form; and OMB Control Number: Individual MCJROTC 
    Instructor Evaluation Summary; NAVMC 10942; OMB Control Number 0703-
    0016.
    Type of Request: Reinstatement.
    Number of Respondents: 240.
    Responses Per Respondent: 1.
    Annual Responses: 240.
    Average Burden Per Response: 30 minutes.
    Annual Burden Hours: 120.
    Needs And Uses: The information collected hereby, provides an 
    evaluation, as well as a written record of, the overall effectiveness 
    and performance of Marine instructors who are significantly responsible 
    for implementing the Marine Corps Junior Reserve Officers' Training 
    Corps (MCJROTC) program.
    Affected Public: Individuals of households; Businesses or other for-
    profit.
    Frequency: Annually.
    Respondent's Obligation: Required to obtain or retain a benefit.
    OMB Desk Officer: Mr. Edward C. Springer.
    
        Written comments and recommendations on the proposed information 
    collection should be sent to Mr. Springer at the Office of Management
