ANR Pipeline Co.; Notice of Proposed Changes in FERC Gas Tariff

April 21, 1995.
    Take notice that on April 17, 1995, ANR Pipeline Company (ANR) 
tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Second Revised 
Volume No. 1, the following revised tariff sheets, proposed to be 
effective April 1, 1995:

Substitute Original Sheet No. 75C
Substitute Second Revised Sheet No. 155
Substitute Third Revised Sheet No. 161

    ANR states that the above-referenced tariff sheets are being filed 
in compliance with the Commission's March 31, 1995, ``Order Accepting 
Tariff Sheets Subject To Conditions And Establishing Technical 
Conference,'' to be effective April 1, 1995.
    ANR states that all of its FERC Gas Tariff, Second Revised Volume 
No. 1 customers and interested State Commissions have been mailed a 
copy of this filing.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol 
Street, NE, Washington, D.C. 20426 in accordance with Rule 211 of the 
Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211). All such 
protests should be filed on or before April 28, 1995. Protests will be 
considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to 
be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the 
proceeding. Copies of this application are on file with the Commission 
and are available for public inspection.
