On March 1, 1995 in Docket No. RP95-187-000, Northwest filed
primary and alternate proposed tariff sheets to implement new fuel use
requirements factors with an effective date of April 1, 1995. On March
31, 1995, the Commission accepted Northwest's primary tariff sheets
subject to refund and conditions, and subject to the outcome of a
technical conference. The Commission's March 31, 1995 Order was
conditioned on Northwest filing certain workpapers by April 17, 1995
    and filing revised tariff sheets.
Northwest states that the purpose of this filing is to submit the
revised tariff sheets. Northwest states that the revised tariff sheets

being filed concurrently in Docket No. RP95-187.

proceeding. Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission and
are available for public inspection in the Public Reference Room.
