AGENCY: Minerals Management Service, Interior.

ACTION: Notice of extension of public comment period.

SUMMARY: This document extends, by 30 days, the comment period of a 
document published by the Minerals Management Service (MMS) in the 
Federal Register on March 28, 1995 (60 FR 15888) which requested 
comments on a review of existing MMS regulations under Executive Order 
12866. The extension was requested by the American Petroleum Institute.

DATES: The comment period is extended to May 27, 1995. Comments should 
be received or postmarked by that date.
