Correction

    In rule document 99-9883, beginning on page 19268, in the issue of 
Tuesday, April 20, 1999, make the following correction:


Sec.  71.1  [Corrected]

    On page 19269, in the first column, under the heading ASW LA E5 
Lake Charles, LA [Corrected], in the fifth line, ``(Lat. 
30 deg.12'25''N.,'' should read ``(Lat. 30 deg.12'45''N.,''.
