Designation of Additional Commission Investigative Attorney

    In the Matter of certain portable on-car disc brake lathes and 
components thereof.

    Notice is hereby given that, as of this date, Juan S. Cockburn, 
Esq. and John M. Whealan, Esq. of the Office of Unfair Import 
Investigations are designated as the Commission investigative attorneys 
in the above-cited investigation instead of Juan S. Cockburn, Esq.
    The Secretary is requested to publish this Notice in the Federal 
Register.
