AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.
ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: The Commission, at the request of Conway Broadcasting, allots
Channel 239C3 at Dell Rapids, South Dakota, as the community's first
local aural transmission service. See 59 FR 64382, December 14, 1994.
Channel 239C3 can be allotted to Dell Rapids in compliance with the
Commission's minimum distance separation requirements with a site
restriction of 3.1 kilometers (1.9 miles) southwest. The coordinates
for Channel 239C3 at Dell Rapids are North Latitude 43-47-57 and West
Longitude 96-43-01. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
DATES: Effective June 8, 1995. The window period for filing
applications for Channel 239C3 at Dell Rapids, South Dakota, will open
on June 8, 1995 and close on July 10, 1995.
