Withdrawal of Public Mineral Estate Within the Sweet Grass Hills
Area of Critical Environmental Concern and Surrounding Areas; Montana
AGENCY: Bureau of Land Management, Interior.
ACTION: Correction.

SUMMARY: This notice corrects information in Public Land Order No. 7254
published in FR Doc. 97-9222, April 10, 1997, page 17634, as follows:
1. The legal description in the first column, line 19, which reads
``Sec. 2, lots 5 to 8, inclusive, and S\1/2\SE\1/4\'', is corrected to
read, ``Sec. 2, lots 5 and 6, and S\1/2\SE\1/4\'';
2. The legal description in the second column under T. 36 N., R. 5
E., ``Sec. 20, lots 1 to 5, inclusive, N\1/2\, and N\1/2\SE\1/4\'', is
corrected to read, ``Sec. 20, lot 1, lots 5 to 8, inclusive, N\1/2\,
and N\1/2\SE\1/4\''; and
3. Due to the lot adjustments in paragraph 2, the acreage under
SUMMARY and at the top of column 3 shown as ``19,685'', is corrected to
read, ``19,687''.
The adjustments to these lot numbers and the acreage are due to a
resurvey to restore mineral survey corners.
