e. Name of Project: Pensacola Project.
f. Location: The project is located on the Grand (Neosho) River in Craig, Delaware, Mayes, and Ottawa Counties, Oklahoma. The project does not occupy any Federal or tribal lands. The proposed non-project use would occupy project lands and waters on Grand Lake O' the Cherokees in Section 25, Township 25 North, Range 23 East in Delaware County at the mouth of Wolf Creek Cove near Grove, Oklahoma.

k. Description of Proposal: GRDA requests Commission approval to permit Bill Goldner, d/b/a North Beach Development (North Beach), to construct a commercial marina with four floating boat docks. The four separate boat docks would have 50 slips each to provide 200 covered boat slips for use by patrons of North Beach. GRDA has waived the dock-placement requirements of its lake rules and regulations for this commercial-use application.
