ACTION: Extension of time for filing briefs.

SUMMARY: This document extends the time for filing briefs on the record
of the hearing held January 25-27, 1994, in Bloomington, Minnesota,
concerning proposals to establish a multiple component pricing plan for
pricing producer milk under the orders. Parties involved in the hearing
requested more time to review the hearing record and to prepare briefs.
DATES: Briefs are now due on or before May 6, 1994.

room 1083, South Building, U.S. Department of Agriculture, Washington,

Notice of Hearing: Issued December 22, 1993; published January 4,
1994 (59 FR 260).
Notice is hereby given that the time for filing briefs and proposed
findings and conclusions on the record of the public hearing held
January 25-27, 1994, in Bloomington, Minnesota, with respect to the
tentative marketing agreements and to the orders regulating the
handling of milk in the Chicago Regional, Nebraska-Western Iowa, Upper
Midwest, Eastern South Dakota, and Iowa milk marketing areas pursuant
to the notice of hearing issued December 22, 1993, and published
January 4, 1994 (59 FR 260), is hereby extended from April 20, 1994, to
May 6, 1994. It is not anticipated that any material delay in the
issuance of a recommended decision will result from this extension.
This notice is issued pursuant to the provisions of the
Agricultural Marketing Agreement Act of 1937, as amended (7 U.S.C. 601-
674), and the applicable rules of practice and procedure governing the
formulation of marketing agreements and marketing orders (7 CFR part
900).
