Jackson Creek Timber Sales, Okanogan National Forest, Okanogan 
County, WA

AGENCY: Forest Service, USDA.

ACTION: Cancellation of an environmental impact statement.

SUMMARY: On March 30, 1992, a notice of intent to prepare an 
environmental impact statement (EIS) for the Jackson Creek Timber 
Sales, was published in the Federal Register (57 FR 10751). No funding 
is available for the project at this time. I have decided to terminate 
the environmental analysis process. No draft or final environmental 
impact statement will be issued for the Jackson Creek Timber Sales at 
this time. If planning begins again on this project a new notice of 
intent will be issued.
