    Manufacturer of Controlled Substances; Notice of Registration
    
        By Notice dated January 6, 1994, and published in the Federal 
    Register on January 18, 1994, (59 FR 2620), Norac Company, Inc., 405 S. 
    Motor Avenue, Azusa, California 91702, made application to the Drug 
    Enforcement Administration to be registered as a bulk manufacturer of 
    Tetrahydrocannabinols (7370), a basic class of controlled substance 
    listed in Schedule I.
        No comments or objections have been received. Therefore, pursuant 
    to section 303 of the Comprehensive Drug Abuse Prevention and Control 
    Act of 1970 and title 21, Code of Federal Regulations, Sec. 1301.54(e), 
    the Deputy Assistant Administrator hereby orders that the application 
    submitted by the above firm for registration as a bulk manufacturer of 
    the basic class of controlled substance listed above is granted.
