CHANGES IN PREVIOUSLY ANNOUNCED DATE AND TIME OF MEETING: Because of 
the Federal day of mourning of former President Nixon's death announced 
by the President, the previously announced date and time of the April 
TVA Board meeting to be held at the TVA Environmental Research Center, 
Muscle Shoals, Alabama, are changed, as follows:

Date Has Been Changed to: April 26, 1994.
Time Has Been Changed to: 4 p.m.
