CHANGE OF DATE, AND TIME:

Original Date and Time: April 27, 1994 at 2:00 p.m.
New Date and Time: April 28, 1994 at 3:00 p.m.

    Notice is given that a Commission meeting was scheduled at 2:00 
p.m., on April 27, 1994 and in conformity with 19 C.F.R. 
Sec. 201.37(a), the Commission has voted to change the date and time 
for the meeting to April 28, 1994 at 3:00 p.m.
    Commissioners Newquist, Watson, Rohr, Nuzum, Crawford, and Bragg 
determined by circulation of an action jacket that Commission business 
requires the change in the date and time, and affirmed that no earlier 
notice of the change was possible, and directed the issuance of this 
notice at the earliest practicable time.
