Roadmaster Corporation, Delavan, Wisconsin
This notice terminates the Certification Regarding Eligibility to
Apply For Worker Adjustment Assistance issued by the Department on
April 7, 1997, applicable to workers of Roadmaster Corporation located
in Delavan, Wisconsin. The notice will soon be published in the Federal
Register.
On July 2, 1996, the Department issued a certification of
eligibility applicable to all workers of Roadmaster Corporation,
Delavan, Wisconsin, TA-W-32,384. Workers separated from employment with
the subject firm on or after May 7, 1995 until July 12, 1998 are
eligible to apply for worker adjustment assistance program benefits.
Based on this information, the Department is terminating the
certification for petition number TA-W-33,123A. Further coverage for
workers under this certification would serve no purpose, and the
certification has been terminated.
