Notice of Intent for a 30-Day Comment Period on the Draft 
(Proposed) Amendment to Farmington RMP, Invitation for Public 
Involvement and Call for Information on Coal, and Other Minerals and 
Resources; New Mexico

AGENCY: Bureau of Land Management, Interior.

ACTION: Notice of schedule change.

SUMMARY: The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Farmington Field Office, 
has extended the comment period on the Draft of the Resource Management 
Plan Amendment and Environmental Assessment originally described on 
pages 18209 and 18210 of the Federal Register, Vol 63, No. 71, Tuesday, 
April 14, 1998. Due to scheduling conflicts the comment period will now 
be from April 27, 1998, through May 26, 1998.
