AGENCY: Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board.

ACTION: Notice of meeting.

SUMMARY: The Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board 
(Access Board) has scheduled its regular business meetings to take 
place in Washington, D.C. on Tuesday and Wednesday, May 12-13, 1998 at 
the times and location noted below.

DATES: The schedule of events is as follows:

Tuesday, May 12, 1998

9:00 a.m.-Noon and 1:30-3:30 p.m. Committee of the Whole--Accessibility 
Guidelines (Closed Meeting).
3:30 p.m.-5:30 p.m.  Technical Programs Committee

Wednesday, May 13, 1998

9:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m.  Planning and Budget Committee Meeting on Agency 
Goals
11:00-Noon  Planning and Budget Committee
1:30 p.m.-3:30 p.m.  Board Meeting.

Research Agenda.

Closed Meeting

     Committee of the Whole Report--Accessibility Guidelines.
    All meetings are accessible to persons with disabilities. Sign 
language interpreters and an assistive listening system are available 
at all meetings.
