AGENCY: U.S. Customs Service, Department of the Treasury.

ACTION: Broker's license revocation.

    I, as Commissioner, hereby pursuant to section 641(b)(5), Tariff 
Act of 1930, as amended (19 U.S.C. 1641(b)(5)) and section 111.45(a) of 
the Customs Regulations (19 CFR 111.45(a)), revoke the following 
Customs broker license.
