Take notice that on April 21, 2003, Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America (Natural) tendered for filing to become part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Sixth Revised Volume No. 1, Second Substitute Original Sheet No. 315A, to be effective September 16, 2002.

Natural states that the purpose of this filing is to comply with the Commission's Order on Rehearing and Accepting Compliance Filing Subject to Condition (Order) issued on April 15, 2003. No tariff change other than that required by the Order is reflected in this filing.

Natural states that copies of the filing have been mailed to all parties set out on the Commission's official service list in Docket No. GT02-34.
