Subcommittee on Export Administration of the President's Export 
Council; Notice of Closed Meeting

    A meeting of the President's Export Council Subcommittee on Export 
Administration (PECSEA) will be held April 26, 1995, 3:00 p.m., in the 
Herbert C. Hoover Building, Room 4830, 14th Street and Pennsylvania 
Avenue, N.W., Washington, DC. The Subcommittee provides advice on 
matters pertinent to those portions of the Export Administration Act, 
as amended, that deal with United States policies of encouraging trade 
with all countries with which the United States has diplomatic or 
trading relations and of controlling trade for national security and 
foreign policy reasons.
    The Subcommittee will meet only in closed session to discuss 
matters that are properly classified under Executive Order 12356 and 
that pertain to the control of exports for national security, foreign 
policy, or short supply reasons under the Export Administration Act of 
1979, as amended. A Notice of Determination to close meetings, or 
portions of meetings, of the Subcommittee to the public on the basis of 
5 U.S.C. 552b(c) was approved November 1, 1993, in accordance with the 
Federal Advisory Committee Act. A copy of the Notice of Determination 
is available for public inspection and copying in the Central Reference 
and Records Inspection Facility, Room 6020, U.S. Department of 
Commerce, Washington, D.C.
