RTCA, Inc.; Free Flight Steering Committee

    Pursuant to section 10(a) (2) of the Federal Advisory Committee Act 
(P.L. 92-463, 5 U.S.C., Appendix 2), notice is hereby given for a Free 
Flight Steering Committee meeting to be held April 17, 1997, from 1:00 
p.m. until 5:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in Room 8 ABC of the 
Federal Aviation Administration, 800 Independence Avenue, S.W., 
Washington, DC 20591.
    The agenda will be as follows: (1) Chairmen's Introductory Remarks; 
(2) Review/Approval of Minutes of Previous Meeting; (3) Introduction of 
the 1997 Free Flight Steering Committee Members; (4) Presentation on 
Strategic Planning Issues; (5) Free Flight Select Committee Report; (6) 
Other Business; and (7) Date and Location of Next Meetings.
    Attendance is open to the interested public but limited to space 
availability. With the approval of the chairmen, members of the public 
may present oral statements at the meeting. Persons wishing to present 
statements or obtain information should contact the RTCA Secretariat,
