    Notice is hereby given that a prehearing conference on the 
permanent phase of this investigation will commence at 9:00 a.m. on 
Monday, April 7, 1997, in Courtroom A (Room 100), U.S. International 
Trade Commission Building, 500 E St. S.W., Washington, D.C., and the 
hearing will commence immediately thereafter.
    The Secretary shall publish this notice in the Federal Register.
