This is a Notice of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for Public Assistance Only for the State of North Dakota (FEMA-1829-DR), dated 03/24/2009.

Incident: Severe storms and flooding.

Incident Period: 03/13/2009 and continuing.

Effective Date: 03/24/2009.

Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 05/26/2009.

Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 12/24/2009.

Notice is hereby given that as a result of the President's major disaster declaration on 03/24/2009, private non-profit organizations that provide essential services of a governmental nature may file disaster loan applications at the address listed above or other locally announced locations.

The following areas have been determined to be adversely affected by the disaster:

Adams, Barnes, Benson, Billings, Burleigh, Cass, Cavalier, Dickey, Dunn, Emmons, Foster, Grand Forks, Grant, Hettinger, Kidder, Lamoure, Logan, Mcintosh, Mckenzie, Mclean, Mercer, Morton, Nelson, Oliver, Pembina, Ramsey, Ransom, Richland, Sargent, Sioux, Stark, Stutsman, Walsh, Williams, and the Standing Rock and Spirit Lake Indian Reservations.

The Interest Rates are:
