be injurious to the operation of the subsidiary savings institution.
    Respondents: Savings and Loan Associations and Savings Banks.
    Estimated Number of Respondents: 138.
    Estimated Burden Hours Per Respondent: 8 hours.
    Frequency of Response: Occasional.
    Estimated Total Annual Burden: 1104 hours.
