AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.
ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: Action in this document allots Channel 223A to Poplar Bluff,
Missouri, as that community's fifth FM broadcast service in response to
a petition filed by The Word of Victory Outreach Center, Inc. See 62 FR
6929, February 14, 1997. The coordinates for Channel 223A at Poplar
Bluff are 36-45-30 and 90-23-54. With this action, this proceeding is
terminated.
DATES: Effective June 9, 1997. The window period for filing
applications for Channel 223A at Poplar Bluff, Missouri, will open on
June 9, 1997, and close on July 10, 1997.

2. Section 73.202(b), the Table of FM Allotments under Missouri, is
amended by adding Channel 223A at Poplar Bluff.
