This is a Notice of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for the State of Indiana (FEMA-1832-DR), dated 04/22/2009.

Incident: Severe Storms, Tornadoes, and Flooding.

Incident Period: 03/08/2009 Through 03/14/2009.

Effective Date: 04/22/2009.

Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 06/22/2009.

Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 01/22/2010.

Notice is hereby given that as a result of the President's major disaster declaration on 04/22/2009, applications for disaster loans may be filed at the address listed above or other locally announced locations.

The following areas have been determined to be adversely affected by the disaster:

Contiguous Counties (Economic Injury Loans Only): Indiana: Adams, Benton, Cass, Clinton, Elkhart, Howard, Huntington, Lagrange, Miami, Newton, Porter, St Joseph, Starke, Steuben, Tippecanoe, Wabash, Wells.

Illinois: Cook, Kankakee, Will.

Michigan: Berrien.

Ohio: Defiance, Paulding, Van Wert, Williams.
