The Commission, pursuant to section 751(c) of the Act (19 U.S.C. 1675(c)), instituted these reviews on January 2, 2018 (83 FR 145) and determined on Start Printed Page 18320April 9, 2018 that it would conduct full reviews (83 FR 18347, April 26, 2018).
