Correction to Court Decision and Suspension of Liquidation on 
Certain Softwood Lumber Products From Canada

AGENCY: International Trade Administration/Import Administration, 
Department of Commerce.

ACTION: Correction to notice of court decision and suspension of 
liquidation

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

CORRECTION: On March 17, 1994, the Department of Commerce published a 
notice of ``Court Decision and Suspension of Liquidation on Certain 
Softwood Lumber Products from Canada'' (59 FR 12584) in the Federal 
Register. The third paragraph of that notice should read as follows:
    In accordance with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal 
Circuit (Federal Circuit) decision in Timken v. the United States, 893 
F.2d 337 (Fed. Cir. 1990) (Timken), the Department will continue to 
order the suspension of liquidation of the subject merchandise until 
the ECC issues a conclusive decision in this proceeding.
