Hearing of the Judicial Conference Advisory Committee on 
Appellate Rules

AGENCY: Judicial Conference of the United States, Advisory Committee on 
Appellate Rules.

ACTION: Notice of change of open hearing location, date, and time.

SUMMARY: In the Federal Register of December 21, 1993 (58 FR 67419), a 
public hearing was originally scheduled to be held at the United States 
Courthouse in Denver, Colorado on March 14, 1994, at 2 p.m. The hearing 
location, date, and time have been changed to the Hyatt Regency 
Downtown, 1750 Welton Street, Denver on April 25, 1994, at 8:30 a.m.
