    Pursuant to the provisions of the Federal Advisory Committee Act 
(Public Law 92-463, 86 Stat. 770), notice is hereby given of the 
following meeting:

    Name: American Statistical Association's Committee on Energy 
Statistics, a utilized Federal Advisory Committee.

and inconsistent reporting practices for different energy sources.
    5. New Developments in the Short-Term Integrated Forecasting 
System (STIFS).
