Sierra Front/Northwest Great Basin Resource Advisory Council;
Notice of Meeting Locations and Times
AGENCY: Bureau of Land Management, Interior.
ACTION: Resources Advisory Council Meeting Locations and Times.

SUMMARY: In accordance with the Federal Land Policy and Management Act
and the Federal Advisory Committee Act of 1972 (FACA), the Department
of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Council meetings will
be held as indicated below. The agenda includes: Marietta-Mina
Management Plan, Fallon Naval Air Station Environmental Impact
Statement, proposed exchange involving land in Humboldt County, council
charter renewal issues, council role relative to the U.S. Forest
Service, Black Rock Management Plan update, and public comment periods.
A field trip within the Fallon area may be held Friday afternoon.
Members of the public will be welcome to join this tour.
All meetings are open to the public. The public may present written
comments to the council. Each formal council meeting will have a time
allocated for public comments. The public comment period fro the
council meeting is listed below. Individuals who plan to attend and
need further information about the meeting or need special assistance
such as sign language interpretation or other reasonable
accommodations, should contact Robert Stewart at the Carson City Field
Office, 5665 Morgan Mill Road, Carson City, NV 89701, telephone (775)
885-6000.
DATES, TIME: The council will meet on Thursday, April 29, 1999 from
10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Friday, April 30, 1999, from 8:00 a.m. to
1:00 p.m. at the Fallon Convention Center, 100 Campus Way, Fallon, NV,
in the first floor conference room. If due to unforeseeable problems
this site is not available, the alternate site of the meeting will be
the Carson City Field Office, 5665 Morgan Mill Road, Carson City, NV
89701. The dates and times will remain the same. Public comment will be
received at the close of each discussion unit, with a general public
comment period on Friday, April 30, 1999 at 11:30 a.m.
