The Commission hereby gives notice of the filing of the following agreements under the Shipping Act of 1984. Title: ACL/H-L Reciprocal Space Charter and Sailing Agreement.

Parties: Atlantic Container Line AB and Hapag-Lloyd Container Line GmbH.
