Determination Under Title I of the Foreign Operations, Export 
Financing, and Related Programs Appropriations Act, Fiscal Year 1994 
(Pub. L. 103-187)

    Pursuant to Title I of the Foreign Operations, Export Financing, 
and Related Programs Appropriations Act, Fiscal Year 1994 (Pub. L. 103-
187), I hereby determine that Israel is not being denied its right to 
participate in the activities of the International Atomic Energy 
Agency.
    This determination shall be provided to Congress and published in 
the Federal Register.
