Take notice that on March 30, 1995, Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company
filed a limited application pursuant to Section 4 of the Natural Gas
Act, and the rules and regulations of the Federal Energy Regulatory
Commission promulgated thereunder, to recover gas supply realignment
costs (GSR costs) paid, or known and measurable, at the time of the
    filing.
Tennessee proposes that the filing be made effective May 1, 1995.

mailed to all affected customers of Tennessee and interested state
    regulatory commissions.
Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should
file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy
Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street, NE., Washington, DC

party to the proceeding must file a motion to intervene. Copies of the
filing are on file with the Commission and are available for public
