    The Department of Labor has submitted the following public 
information collection requests (ICRs) to the Office of Management and 
Budget (OMB) for review and clearance under the Paperwork Reduction Act 
(44 U.S.C. Chapter 35) of 1980, as amended (Pub. L. 96-511). Copies may

Description: The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is 
requiring this information to be collected by accredited agencies to 
determine the condition of certain cargo handling gear and other 
material handling devices to ensure the safety of those employees 
working in the maritime industry while using such equipment.

Agency: Veterans' Employment and Training Service.
Title: Eligibility Data Form for Requesting Assistance in Obtaining 
Veterans' Reemployment Rights.

Agency Number: VETS/USERRA 1010.

Affected Public: Individuals or households.
Number of Respondents: 2,000.
Estimated Time Per Respondent: 15 minutes.
Total Burden Hours: 500.
Description: The information is needed to determine eligibility of 
veteran complaints for reemployment rights they are seeking as well as 
to state alleged violations by employers of the pertinent statutes and 
to request assistance in obtaining appropriate reemployment benefits.
