Title: Lending and Investment.
Description: OTS amended 12 CFR to conform it to changes made to
parallel provisions by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve
System's Regulation Z, Truth-in-Lending. Savings associations are
permitted to either provide a statement that periodic rates may
substanially increase or decrease (together with the maximum interest
rate and payment based on a $10,000 loan amount) or a fifteen-year
historical example of interest rates and payments based on a $10,000
loan amount.
