SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
Regulatory Flexibility Act
The Secretary hereby certifies that this proposed rule will not
have a significant economic impact on a substantial number of small
entities as they are defined in the Regulatory Flexibility Act (RFA), 5
U.S.C. 601-602, since it does not contain any substantive provisions.
This proposed rule would not cause a significant effect on any
entities. This proposed rule deletes a requirement for contracting
officers to include a particular provision in solicitations, which does
not impact the public. Therefore, pursuant to 5 U.S.C. 605(b), this
amendment is exempt from the initial and final regulatory flexibility
analysis requirements of sections 603 and 604.
