    [Declaration of Disaster #3069; Amendment #2]
    
    
    State of Georgia
    
        In accordance with notices from the Federal Emergency Management 
    Agency dated March 26 and 30, 1998, the above-numbered Declaration is 
    hereby amended to include Bulloch, Charlton, Clinch, Glynn, and 
    Wilkinson Counties in the State of Georgia as a disaster area due to 
    damages caused by severe storms and flooding beginning on March 7, 1998 
    and continuing.
        In addition, applications for economic injury loans from small 
    businesses located in the contiguous counties of Baldwin and Echols in 
    Georgia, and Columbia and Nassau in Florida may be filed until the 
    specified date at the previously designated location. Any counties 
    contiguous to the above-name primary counties and not listed herein 
    have been previously declared.
        All other information remains the same, i.e., the deadline for 
    filing applications for physical damage is May 10, 1998 and for 
    economic injury the termination date is December 11, 1998.
