The Pioneer Federal Savings and Loan Assoc., Prairie Village, KS; 
Notice of Replacement of Conservator With a Receiver

    Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the authority contained in 
subdivision (C) of section 5(d)(2) of the Home Owners' Loan Act, the 
Office of Thrift Supervision has duly replaced the Resolution Trust 
Corporation as Conservator for The Pioneer Federal Savings and Loan 
Association, Prairie Village, Kansas (``Association''), with the 
Resolution Trust Corporation as sole Receiver for the Association on 
March 11, 1994.
