Correction

    In proposed rule document 97-6947 beginning on page 13262 in the 
issue of Wednesday, March 19, 1997 make the following corrections:
    (1) On page 13267, in the first column, in the penultimate 
paragraph, in the first line ``quanti--'' should read ``quantified --
''.
    (2) On the same page, in the second column, under Initial 
Regulatory Flexibility Determination, in the second paragraph, in the 
sixth line ``is not'' should read ``is one''.
