    SUMMARY: This document requests comments on a petition for rule making 
    filed on behalf of Mountain West Broadcasting, requesting the allotment 
    of Channel 257A to Westcliffe, Colorado, as that community's first 
    local aural transmission service. Coordinates used for this proposal 
    are 38-04-10 NL and 105-31-42 WL.
    
    DATES: Comments must be filed on or before May 24, 1999, and reply 
    comments on or before June 8, 1999.

    Notice of Proposed Rule Making, MM Docket No. 99-110, adopted March 24,

        Provisions of the Regulatory Flexibility Act of l980 do not apply
