NorAm Gas Transmission Company; Notice of Filing

April 3, 1996.
    Take notice that on March 29, 1996, NorAm Gas Transmission Company 
(NGT) tendered for filing to become part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Fourth 
Revised Volume No. 1, the following revised tariff sheets, to be 
effective May 1, 1996:

Second Revised Sheet No. 5
Second Revised Sheet No. 6

    NGT states that these revised tariff sheets are filed to adjust 
NGT's fuel percentages pursuant to Tariff Sheet No. 321A, contained in 
Docket No. RP94-343, as filed on February 12, 1996.
    Any person desiring to be heard or protest the proposed tariff 
sheets should file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal 
Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 
20426, in accordance with Rules 214 and 211 of the Commission's Rules 
of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.214, 385.211). All such motions 
or protests must be filed as provided in Section 154.210 of the 
Commission's Regulations. Protests will be considered by the Commission 
in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve 
to make protestants parties to the proceeding. Any person wishing to 
become a party must file a motion to intervene. Copies of this filing 
are on file with the Commission and are available for public 
inspection.
