[Declaration of Disaster #2937, Amdt. 3]


State of Tennessee

    In accordance with a notice from the Federal Emergency Management 
Agency, dated March 24, 1997, the above-numbered Declaration is hereby 
amended to establish the incident period for this disaster as beginning 
on February 28, 1997 and continuing through March 24, 1997.
    All other information remains the same, i.e., the termination date 
for filing applications for physical damage is May 6, 1997, and for 
loans for economic injury the deadline is December 8, 1997.
