Thompson Creek Mine Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement

AGENCY: Forest Service, USDA.

ACTION: Revised notice of intent to prepare Supplemental Environmental 
Impact Statement.

SUMMARY: The purpose for this revised notice of intent is to provide 
public notice of a changed completion date for the Thompson Creek Mine 
(TCM) Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (DSEIS). This 
Federal Register notice revises the schedule published in the February 
9, 1995 Federal Register (Vol. 60, No. 27, 7748) for the completion of 
the SEIS is now scheduled to be released for public comment in July 
1997. Release of the final SEIS and Record of Decision is anticipated 
approximately four months later.
