Withdrawal of Application for General-Purpose Zone; Fostoria, OH

    Notice is hereby given of the withdrawal of the application 
submitted by the City of Fostoria, Ohio, requesting authority to 
establish a general-purpose foreign-trade zone in Fostoria, Ohio, 
adjacent to the Toledo Customs port of entry. The application was filed 
on May 14, 1993 (58 FR 30143, 5/26/93).
    The withdrawal was requested by the applicant because of changed 
circumstances, and the case has been closed without prejudice.
