which proposed to change the Class E4 and E5 airspace area at Sioux
City, IA. The NPRM is being withdrawn because the airspace was
previously published in the Federal Register August 6, 1996 (61 FR
40719), as Docket Number 96-ACE-11 and was effective January 30, 1997.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
The Proposed Rule
On January 27, 1997, a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking was published
in the Federal Register to change the Class E4 and E5 airspace area at
Sioux City, IA. The Class E4 and E5 airspace was published in the
Federal Register, August 6, 1996 (61 FR 40719), as Docket Number 96-
ACE-11 and was effective January 30, 1997.
Conclusion
In consideration of the aforementioned publication in the Federal
Register, action is being taken to withdraw this proposed amendment as
described in Docket Number 96-ACE-25.
