Filing of Plat of Survey; Maine

    The plat of the dependent resurvey of the boundaries of the land 
held in trust for the Penobscot Indian Nation, Township 2, Range 5, 
West of Bingham's Kennebec Purchase, Franklin County, Maine, was 
officially filed in Eastern States, Springfield, Virginia at 7:30 a.m., 
on March 27, 1998.
    The survey was requested by the Bureau of Indian Affairs.
    Copies will be furnished upon request and prepayment of the 
appropriate fee.
