National Airspace Review Planning and Analysis

    Pursuant to section 10(a)(2) of the Federal Advisory Committee Act 
(Pub. L. 92-463, 5 U.S.C., Appendix 2), notice is hereby given for the 
Special Committee 192 meeting to be held April 22, 1998, starting at 
9:00 a.m. The meeting will be held at RTCA, 1140 Connecticut Avenue, 
NW., Suite 1020, Washington, DC 20036.
    The agenda will be as follows: (1) Plenary Session: (a) Chairman's 
Introductory Remarks; (b) Approval of Proposed Meeting Agenda; (c) 
Review and Approval of Summary of the Previous Meeting; (2) Report from 
Design and Infrastructure Work Group; (3) Report from Modeling and 
Measurement Work Group; (4) Review and Approval of Final Draft, FAA/
Industry Guidelines and Concepts for National Airspace Analysis and 
Redesign; (5) Discussion of Future Activities; (6) Set Agenda for Next 
Meeting; (7) Date and Place of Next Meeting.
    Attendance is open to the interested public but limited to space 
availability. With the approval of the chairman, members of the public 
may present oral statements at the meeting. Persons wishing to present 
statements or obtain information should contact the RTCA Secretariat, 
1140 Connecticut Avenue, NW., Suite 1020, Washington, DC 20036; (202)

site). Members of the public may present a written statement to the 
committee at any time.
