Paiute Pipeline Company; Notice of Settlement Conference

April 25, 1995.
    Pursuant to the Commission order which issued on January 19, 1993, 
and a notice of extension of time which issued on May 13, 1993, a 
settlement conference will be held to resolve the issues raised in the 
above-captioned proceeding.
    The conference will be held on Tuesday, May 9, 1995, at 10:00 a.m., 
in a room to be designated at the offices of the Federal Energy 
Regulatory Commission, 810 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426.
    All interested persons and Staff are permitted to attend.
