(Public Law 94-409) [5 U.S.C. Section 552b]

status: Open--Meeting.

matters considered: The following matters will be considered during the 
open meeting:

    (1) The transfer of three states from the Commission's North 
Central Region to the Commission's Eastern Region; and
    (2) Clarification of the jurisdiction of the Regional 
Commissioner for the Eastern Region over parole violators held at 
the Federal Transportation Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The 
proposal is to continue the jurisdiction of a Regional Commissioner 
until the completion of revocation proceedings, if that 
Commissioner, issued the warrant that commenced such proceedings.
